São Paulo, June 2015 – On June 26, Scup, the leading tool in the listening, management and analysis of social media, received the title of Social Media Management Partner at the XVI Modern Consumer Award for Client Services Excellence, an event recognized as a benchmark for companies that maintain a commitment to superior quality in their client relations.
The social media management tool was chosen by the other award participants who voted on the solution that best addresses their needs. Several Scup clients were recognized during the ceremony for the excellence of the client services they provide.
